Experts say, if COVID-19 follows the pattern set by the 1918 Spanish flu, the pandemic is more likely to last for two years and according to a study issued from the University of Minnesota, the second wave is worse than the primary.
The university’s Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy warns, “States and tribal health authorities should get ready for the worst-outcome scenario,” “including no vaccine availability or herd immunity.”
