U.S. Death Toll Hits 50,000 From Coronavirus – Many States Announced Plans To Ease Social Distancing

On Friday, the U.S. passed 50,000 coronavirus deaths and is having nearly 1 million infections as several states around the nation begin implementing plans for reopening businesses and easing social distancing.

There are around 50,836 U.S. deaths and more than 880,000 infections. Due to a lack of testing, the actual number of infections is more likely to increase.

According to the journal Science by epidemiologists at Harvard University, the world is probably going to need to maintain social distancing until at least 2022, unless effective Covid-19 treatments or vaccines become available accessible for a huge scope.
